I was going to delete our cafepress.com merch page the other day. It was a relic from before we screened our own shirts. Anyway, I went over there and saw our old designs and all the new stuff they offer to print on. You can get fucking live dogs with HORSE the band burned into the side of them now if you want. I made a HORSE the band frisbee and a HORSE the band satchel for girls. I also left our old designs up there in case anyone wants to be really underground. LOOK! HORSE the cafepress.com. But remember, our real merch is in the merch section of this site though. The prices on that Cafepress site are ridiculously high, but I have them set to the base price, meaning we don't get any money off what you guys buy there. So if you start buying a lot of something I will take it off cafepress, get some pressed, and sell them cheaper here and start making some money off this art bullshit. Oh, we got a video from New Orleans and have found out that we are in fact the best live band in the world. Even better than..... NORMA JEAN!!!! If you can help us convert that email us. HAPPY HALLOWEEN and we found a bass player! His name is Andy. He is super. He is from Utah but he is moving out here sometime soon, and spending all vacation periods with us until then! DA BOMB. Expect shows in mid-December. Expect emailing us about shows you are setting up. Expect a tribute to Mike on the Kangarooster. But not yet.
This just in, we need a new bass player. The airline industry has rehired Mike. Once again, if you are good at bass, can deal with odd time signatures, don't like shitty music, and spazz out like a wet noodle. Email us. Soon.

I'm sorry that our tour journal isn't up yet. So... 1. We are looking for local shows November 27 - December 1st. We've got a few set up it looks like with our neat friends Bleeding Kansas. I will post them as soon as they are confirmed. Many "melodic metallic hardcore/metal with beautiful singing interludes" bands from OC are too scared to invite us to play shows though cause they know we will dance harder than them, and then their friends will say we were siiiiiick... Not Bleeding Kansas though. Not by a long shot.
2. We are looking for shows on the west coast of North America for Dec. 15 - Dec. 24. We are going to do a little tour. If you want us to play somewhere or can set something up let us know.
3. Our message board looks better now and I think we will start posting on it again, so go there.

5. There are a total of 2 small shirts left and like 1 large. They will sell out at our next show. If you think you deserve one more than the stupid fuck that hadn't even heard of us until 4 weeks from now, get off your ass and buy one dummy.
6. We are going to put some video and live mp3s of new stuff up soon. Isn't that weird?
7. Erik, Nathan, and Mike have this other band. They're looking for a drummer. Their old one was a crazy fuck and kept disappearing in Bakersfield for months at a time and lived in a garage. If you think you can compete with that, email us. The requirements are you need to play passionately, as in, hit your drums REALLY fucking hard. This band is like spastic trauma rock. The name is open to suggestion. We have like 5 songs and want to record and play regularly. So if you aren't a pussy, drop us a line on the WWW!!!!!

This morning I was looking around webpages of horrible OC copycat bands with lame names as if they have emotional lives and trauma that devastates them and who also can't play their instruments right and release demos where all the timing is off but they think people won't notice and pretty much there's one of those bands from each area high school and their group of friends, the hardcore ones from that school, come to every single one of their shows and dance totally get FUCKING SICK and act like they are such a great band and they all inbreed and kiss ass on each other's message board, and then the bands from high schools who don't have as many friends post on the aforementioned band's message boards about their fledgling pieces of shit which just recorded and need a 7th guitarist and 3rd bass player for their incredible "new sound".
Anyway this has been the norm for quite some time and you get used to it and laugh, see the bands at shows and watch no one care, see "how hard the show went off" the next day on lambgoat when you were there and everyone walked down to the dollar store during their sets even though they had to pay again to get back in. BUT!!!!!!!!! Now this fucking degenerate filth has gone too far... Now these fucking bands want keyboardists for their bands!!!!!!! WHAT THE FUCK!!! I have been feeling these days coming for a long time. But now it's going to happen. Stupid fucking 16 year old kids who have never touched a keyboard standing back behind the band holding down one note during breakdowns with a blank stare on their faces and then the kids post about how innovative the band is cause they have a keyboard. HAHAHAHAHAHA you fucking retards!! You suck at everything and you know who you are! Stop degrading everything, you are all such dummies. You think this is funny? You identify with me? Are we sharing some special understanding here??? You are sitting there laughing, saying, haha, yeah, that's how it is, huhuuhhuuhu. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO! IT IS YOU!
Alright, so besides that, we're going to have some REALLY BIG news about a full length soon, it should be out in February, we're recording over Winter Break. Check back in like 2 weeks or so. It's gonna be on big labels and everyone's fucked on 3 continents. Also, we got a killer, KILLER guy to do the design.
We might play Vegas in the next couple of months. Also we want to play some shows over Thanksgiving. Email us, we will play dressed as pilgrims and indians and Jason Karuza, the drummer, as a big fuckin' turkey. Or just if you're sick of seeing Scars, Fallen Angel, and a Fall Farewell playing EVERY SINGLE SHOW EVER, TOGETHER!!!! GOD DAMMIT! AT LEAST CHANGE ORDERS OR SOMETHING!

We've been home from tour for like 4 days or something. Let me tell you, it was super! We learned a lot of lessons and sold a lot of things. Our van got broken in Iowa. We missed 2 shows. Some venues closed down, but we sold out of CDs and rocked it SO hard in so many places. I will put a tour journal recap thing up pretty soon with all of our stories and whatnot.
It doesn't look like we're going to be playing any shows locally before we all go back to school, which is silly, cause we are in top form. If you have a show we can play before September 20th email us and we will rock it in the place where the bands are playing. I think we have the biggest rabid fan following in the world of any unsigned band. It is funny. We don't have ANY fans in Washington DC though.
If you want merchandise or CD's we have them again now so mail order it! Also if any of you die-hards out there forgot you know the owner of a record label, tell them about us so they can give us money so we can record a fucking CD. Shit! Our new songs are really good. We might release a live recording onto the internet but it might break it. We are still trying to find that out. Here are some reviews: "The odd-time grind and skanky jazz kept me smiling for the whole set." "Reggie and the Full Effect on speed and the Get Up Kids on too much cocaine." ????? Nathan is our singer now and our friend Mike plays bass, they are both very good at their jobs. Our hair is getting pretty long.
We aren't on Computer Club Records anymore cause they couldn't make our CD but Jake is still a nice guy so, yeah. We want to put out our CD now. We're recording after tour too. I can't believe I have been booking our tour for a month already. It's almost done but check to see if you can still help us. Here is some news for you:
1. Adam quit HORSE the band. His commitments to work and school were too much for the tour and being in the band. That is pretty upsetting cause he was part of the band since the first day. But, it didn't work out. So we are looking for either a singer or bass player. Or 5 additional singers placed strategically around the crowd with cordless mics all running around. OK? If you can do either and are from the area and wanna tour let us know. There are a few qualifications. You have to look at generic music with contempt and hate it. HAHA. You can't write fucking retarded cliche lyrics. (Preferably Nathan writes them for you and you sing them) You freak out, a lot. Maybe check out the pictures for what we are talking about. This isn't just the lip biting, pigeon-heading breakdown dance. You should be more like a wet noodle on a big vibrating thing. And you should be non-annoying and skinnier than you are fat. We are also looking for shrieking vocals rather than death growls. OK that's that.
2. We are a part of Computer Club Records in Florida. Basically they are repressing our old demo with a couple new songs thrown on and real packaging. That will be fun. We aren't under contract with them, they are just promoting us and stuff, that is the nature of the label. Hi. I updated this a lot. America's Hardcore comes out 5-7 in distros. We have it though. Order it from us ($8 with shipping), or else we don't get any money. David is in Africa. Here is our news. We played with Bleeding Through and Avenged Sevenfold. Thanks for coming out to that show fans! (yeah right) Now we are very rich, so we are going to be touring Europe in a couple of months! HOORAY!
In other news, we are supposed to be on a compilation. 3 songs man. It's on Goodlife so check their website (www.goodliferecordings.com) for that one.
OH SHIT! We are opening for Coalesce April 8 at the Epicentre in San Diego. We made 200 demos for this show. They are realy cute small demos. We will probably sell out of them there. They are hand numbered so you should try to get one if you can. Also please help us out with some more shows end of march/early april if you have a house or any place to play.
